Reviews of Dr. Jamie Tripp: What People Say
I recently strained the arches in both of my feet so badly they felt like they were on fire. As I sat with ice on my feet, I called Dr. Tripp because I had seen her previously for a nagging hamstring injury. I knew she practiced ART and had amazing hands. Dr. Tripp fit me in that evening and by the time I walked out of her office, my feet were feeling better already. I did not start to feel pain again until the next afternoon. Two sessions later, the pain was just about gone.
I have been in what I will call, "traditional therapy" for other soft tissue injuries. Those times, I spent my hour visit warming up, doing solo exercises, or working with an assistant, but only 15 minutes were with the therapist. Dr. Tripp on the other hand, gives you her undivided attention for the entire length of your visit. Not only does Dr. Tripp focus on treating the injury, she also openly gives advice on the best exercises (fully functional!), nutrition, and recovery strategies. I have found my visits with Dr. Tripp to be extremely informative and the most productive.
You will not regret your time with Dr. Tripp!

I have visited Dr. Jamie Tripp for several different injuries - all somewhat minor, but annoying. She was always able to diagnose my problem correclty and provide ART treatment that gave me relief so that I could get back to my normal activities (running/racquetball) quickly. - Anonymous on RateMDs.com 4/18/13
Dr. Jamie Tripp [Thomure] has gifted hands, no doubt about it. I had visited two different chiropractors to get rid of pain that had bothered me for weeks on the the right side of my upper shoulder and back. I could not sleep - could hardly move without suffering. I went to work in pain. I met with Dr. Jamie Tripp and within no time she used her gifted hands and the pain went away like magic. Thank you, Dr. Tripp ---- Submitted by JoAnne W. via email
She is a very skilled doctor who has a healing gift. I highly recommend her!
Hi Dr Tripp.
Just had to let you know that I did not come home today from the barn crippled. I am so excited. Last time you worked on my hip and I felt such a difference. This time you released the tension & extreme pain running down my right leg after I rode. Just had to let you know and thank you for all you are doing to help keep me in the saddle.

I'd been experiencing some muscle tightness through my chest and went to see Dr. Tripp to determine if it was something that could be helped with chiropractic therapy. She was able to pinpoint the cause of my discomfort and relieve the tightness that had been bothering me for such a long time. Dr. Tripp also gave me information about some exercises to be done to prevent this from happening in the future. I'm happy to report there has been no recurrence of this tightness -- thanks, Dr. Tripp!
I pulled a muscle in my lower back just prior to the start of my vacation, which was set to be a very active one. Every movement hurt! At the point I saw Dr. Tripp, I wasn't even able to bend from the waist in any direction without experiencing pain. She isolated the problem, worked on the muscle, and provided me with exercises to do in her office as well as at home. By the time I left her office, I was amazed at the relief she provided! With just one follow-up visit, I was completely pain-free and able to fully enjoy my week off.
Dr. Tripp [Thomure] was instumental in diagnosis and my recovery from multiple injuries related to a ski accident back in February. During the first office visit, she was able to correctly diagnose leg, knee and shoulder issues related to the accident. She provided immediate relief from much of the pain I was having when I walked into her office and demonstated excercises for me to do at home between visits. Dr. Tripp was professional , extremely knowledgeable and caring, definetly an asset to my recovery.
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated everything you've done for my shoulder pain. I have been to chiros in the past but not with these results in this short of time. In 4 sessions with you, I was amazed how much relief and lack of pain I had. I would definetely recommend you.
Once again- Thank you so much, Gloria (received in a Thank You Note)
When my chiropractor moved out of state, I was worried about having to find a new chiropractor. I've had trouble with people in the profession before. I was so pleased to find Dr. Tripp [Thomure]! She has a great understanding of what causes my various aches and pains, and she made me feel very comfortable.
I like doctors who treat to get you feeling better as soon as possible. Dr. Tripp is not one of those chiropractors that just puts you on a long-term maintenance plan, where you never really get better and have to go back regularly.
Her technique (active release) is different than I had been used to, but it felt great! I felt better right away!

I went to Dr. Jamie Tripp[Thimure] after experiencing pain in my shoulder from a workout related injury. She was very helpful and professional in her procedure, diagnosis, and aid all while keeping a personable atmosphere with me. Upon inspection, Dr. Tripp was able to see the problem areas and help me through a variety of stretches, and pressure specific exercises to relieve the stress/kinks/build up and release any tightness. I am happy to report I was pain free 100% a couple days later and have had no occurrence and thank Dr. Tripp for helping solve my problem!

Dr. Jamie Tripp [Thomure] did a fantastic job of loosening the tension in my neck, back, chest and hips that I had accumulated from weight training. She did a good job of explaining how to move through each maneuver and the muscle groups that would be impacted (relieved). Dr. Tripp also found all kinds of knots I didn't realize I had until she released them. I felt loose for days after each session, definitely a great investment.

Dr. Jamie Tripp [Thomure] is one of the new breed of chiropractors who is also very good with soft tissue and sports injuries. She knows and practices ART, a treatment approach familiar to runners, tri-athletes and us aging boomers who want to remain active. I have also used her for post surgical rehab (meniscus repair) with excellent results. She has a great attitude to go along with her technical skills.
Dr. Tripp [Thomure] was esential part of my training and success at completing the 2011 San Francisco Marathon. I came to her at the beginning of my training cycle when shin splints flared up so bad that they even bothered me when I walked. Her expertise in the use of ART helped alleviate the severe pain and soreness of my shins almost and allowed me to continue with the training cycle. I was so impressed that I made it a point to see her once a month during my training. This was great because towards the end of my training cycle, when my IT Band was getting aggrevated by the high mileage, she once again used her ART technique to give me immediate relief. I completed 26.2 hilly miles of the San Francisco Marathon and there was no shin pain or IT band issues at the finish line! Thank you Dr. Tripp!!!! I still use some of the stretching techniques that you taught me! Congratulations on your one year anniversary!!
I was so pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Jamie Tripp [Thomure]. She is very thorough and very caring about each and every patient. She always reviews your chart and spends time going over with you what your issues are. She makes sure that you are satisfied with the treatment that you received. Her techniques are so amazing and they do help to relax and relieve your stress and pain. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tripp for your Chiropractic needs. You won't be disappointed at all. Do give her a call for a consultation. You won't be disappointed. I have already recommended a few of my friends to go and see her and they too are quite pleased with their results.
I initally went to Dr Tripp [Thomure] for my hip. I was having intense discomfort in my right hip joint and wanted to know why. Dr Tripp used ART techniques to get those hip muscles loosened up. She gave me exercises to use to keep that joint flexible and pain free. Then I told her I was also starting to get carpal tunnel in my right hand. She did a few ART treatments for that condition. It is so much better than it was before seeing her. I would highly recommend her to anyone
I went to Dr. Tripp [Thomure] for lower back pain. I could not even tie my shoes when I saw her in the office. She helped me to where I could touch my toes before leaving the office. She gave me stretches and exercises that got me back working out in no time.
I went to see Dr. Tripp [Thomure] after experiencing significant amounts of pain in my arm from playing softball and volleyball all summer. Although initially trained in Chiropractics, Dr. Tripp has furthered her education in other areas, including ART. I think this makes her an extremely well-rounded Doctor, one who can use many different techniques to try and cure your problem. Since January i have been been seeing Dr. Tripp, and she is very flexible and accommodating to your schedule. Additionally, she does not make you "pay ahead" or "make a plan" like many other Doctors/Chiropractics have been known to do. Dr. Tripp will give you a straight answer, will not make you sign any lengthy contracts, and really is focused on getting to the end result, whether that means months of treatments or just a couple weeks of visits. You won't get that anywhere else!
I've suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for several years and any yard work or extended standing resulted in burning pain in my feet. After Dr. Tripp's first treatment I felt immediate relief in that I was able to do yard work with minimal discomfort afterwards. After the second treatment (she was a bit more aggressive with pressure points) I was able to play ball with my son the next day and felt great afterwards that was several months ago and I continue to feel great. I enjoyed her professional approach and her desire to educate her patients as to the cause and proper treatment of their conditions. I have recommended Dr. Tripp to many friends and family. David M -
